Use accurate role descriptions, relevant qualification requirements and evidence of the work actually performed, alongside the applicant’s management responsibilities.
Connect the people to the positions
A collection of diplomas may establish education without explaining the jobs. Reconcile job descriptions with real deliverables and reporting arrangements. Do not upgrade routine positions on paper merely to support the manager’s title or present planned professional roles as currently staffed.
Share registers and resolutions tracing ownership between the Canadian and American entities, evidence that both are actively doing business, organizational charts for each with duties attached to positions, and payroll records establishing the transferee's qualifying year abroad. The managerial or executive character of the duties is carried by an organisational chart naming subordinates with their own titles and qualifications, by a written job description, and by evidence of decisions actually taken — approved budgets, signing authorities, hiring and dismissal records.
Use operating evidence for the U.S. entity, including the executed purchase agreement, state registration, lease or deed, payroll, customer invoices, supplier accounts and bank statements. Add evidence that each entity trades: signed construction contracts, recent invoices, remittance records for employees, insurance certificates and municipal or state permits.
