Identify which duties the applicant can actually perform and what remains to be learned. Do not state that future training has already supplied the knowledge relied on.
Review readiness and authorization together
Separate existing capability, planned learning and the requested start date. Preserve the employer’s timeline and explain changes in duties or training content. Assess the procedural implications before relying on the earlier authorization. An urgent department deadline does not itself establish specialized knowledge or permission for a different assignment.
Build the schedule from the fixed points: the date the employee completes one continuous year of qualifying employment abroad within the preceding three years, the date the internal evidence is actually assembled, and realistic adjudication times, noting that premium processing changes decision speed only. A second employee who could later satisfy the requirements needs a continuous qualifying year with the organisation abroad within the three years before any future petition, and needs genuinely to have acquired the company's internal knowledge, which cannot be conferred by a memo.
