Separate the employer’s contribution from the official charges
The principal’s corporate amount is US$2 million after successful vetting, with US$15,000 processing; initial processing is nonrefundable. Clarify who plans to fund each obligation without treating private cost-sharing as a reduction in government terms. Additional applicable State or medical charges may also need budgeting.
Build a dated review file around the current official fee notice, required gift payment instruction, payer records, currency and transfer evidence, and any separate professional costs. The corporate terms also describe an annual maintenance charge of one percent and a five-percent transfer fee with a new background check if the sponsorship is moved to a replacement employee, and reuse of a corporate gift for a different person is not automatic.
