What should accompany the old E-2 plan when a second location is proposed?

THE DIRECT ANSWER

Provide the new location’s actual agreements, funding and operating account alongside the existing records. Explain what has changed and what remains accurate.

Keep the two operating accounts reconcilable

Identify leases, licences or contracts relevant to the new activity without inventing a universal document list. Show the source of additional funds and the allocation of staff and management. Preserve the earlier forecast as history rather than silently replacing it. A new address alone does not explain the investment or the effect on the existing enterprise.

Entity and ownership records, asset titles and lien searches, the lease and its assignment terms, service contracts, three years of tax returns and payroll, and the seller's licence status and qualifier arrangement. The money stack traces every dollar from a lawful origin to the escrow account: sale agreements for assets liquidated, tax filings reporting the proceeds, loan agreements and security documents for anything borrowed, and consecutive bank statements with no unexplained gaps. Collect the seller's federal and state tax returns for the last three years, quarterly payroll filings showing seasonal and permanent staff, the lease or deed for the premises, equipment lists and inventory records.
