Label each record according to what it actually proves.
Keep professional authority and training separate
Provide the credential and evidence of standing where relevant, then use training or project records to explain duties. A licence may satisfy a listed immigration credential alternative without settling every U.S. professional-practice question. Do not ask a field-course record to establish authority it does not confer.
The health care worker certificate, the state licence or clear evidence of its issuance, proof of Canadian citizenship, the current Canadian registration, and an employer letter describing the nursing role, the unit and the supervision. The employer letter should state the professional title, describe the planning duties in order of importance, name the qualification being relied on, give the salary, and state the intended period of employment and where the work will be performed. Build the letter around facts the employer can presently confirm: the employing entity, professional duties, compensation, temporary period, supervision, and the method for selecting a site. Bring the passport, the employer's offer and duty description written for this role rather than from a template, education or licensing records specific to the listed profession, translations where needed, and any prior travel or visa history.
