Read the general professional work overview
Explain the actual listed qualification without treating TN classification as universal professional-practice permission.
Identify the credential that is being relied on
Land Surveyor lists a baccalaureate or licenciatura degree, or a state, provincial or federal licence. Record the exact credential and issuer. A field-training certificate is not automatically a listed professional licence. Degrees from institutions outside Canada, Mexico and the United States need reliable evaluation.
Describe the professional responsibility
Connect the applicant’s duties with the actual engagement and distinguish field assistance from the professional work performed. Identify separate destination practice requirements where applicable. Avoid claiming that a TN credential alternative resolves every regulated act the applicant may be asked to perform.
Complete the professional arrangement
Establish Canadian or Mexican citizenship, prearranged qualifying work and temporary entry. A foreign or U.S. employer may arrange the work, but services to a U.S. entity solely owned or controlled by the applicant are prohibited TN self-employment. Keep ownership, credentials and the offered duties in the same factual account.
