Evaluate the evidence before adding an expense
A more expensive certificate can still concern broadly available platform skills. Review the applicant’s real organizational knowledge and foreign employment, and separate private course fees from current official petition charges. Do not describe a paid credential as replacing the legal standard or curing an unrelated corporate-relationship gap.
The Form I-129 fee, the fraud-prevention fee and any applicable asylum program fee at the published amounts, optional premium processing, translations and evidence preparation, then U.S. payroll and relocation, which are business costs rather than immigration fees.
