The general USCIS translation rule specifies a full English translation and certification of accuracy, completeness and translator competence; it does not impose a universal notarization requirement.

Check case-specific and other agency instructions where applicable. Private translation or notarization charges are separate from the US$15,000 nonrefundable processing and applicable post-vetting gift. A higher-priced package does not guarantee acceptance or establish the document’s underlying truth.
Build a budget that labels every amount accurately: the official processing charge, the individual applicant’s or corporate sponsor’s required government gift, financial documentation, translations, government filing fees, professional services, and unrelated relocation expenses. Around both sit ordinary costs that no programme page lists — counsel to assess admissibility and classification eligibility, certified translations of civil documents, and the filing charges that attach to the immigrant classification actually used, which are published in the USCIS fee schedule. Beyond the per-employee processing fee and gift, the corporate programme describes an annual maintenance charge and a transfer fee, which recur or arise on events and therefore belong in a multi-year budget.
