Resolve the offer before committing to delivery
Client acceptance may settle a contract without settling the TN case. Verify citizenship, the listed profession and credentials, the employer arrangement and temporary entry. Do not schedule unauthorized work to bridge a gap between the customer’s requested start and the applicant’s permitted activity.
Build a sequence from the employer's final letter, credential readiness, any licence issue, the intended request or filing method, inspection or adjudication outcome, and the individual's actual admission record. The practical sequence is to settle the engagement terms, make the corporation’s support letter consistent with the client evidence, assemble the credential and experience records, and then present the application. List every dependent's step beside the party that controls it: the consular post controls appointment availability, a registry controls how quickly a certificate is issued, an inspecting officer controls admission on the day, and the employer controls the start date. TN admission is granted for a period not exceeding three years and is tied to the employment described, so applying against a schedule that has not settled produces either a refusal or an authorization that no longer matches the work.
