A qualifying job-sharing arrangement can count as one full-time position when its weekly hours requirement is met. The number of people sharing it does not turn that position into multiple full-time jobs.
Count the positions supported by the actual arrangement
A Leduc County investor should distinguish the role’s required hours from the employees’ individual schedules. Do not multiply the job count because coverage is split between people. Conversely, do not assume a genuinely shared qualifying position fails merely because no single employee works every hour.
Compare the two versions clause by clause and mark only the differences that touch an immigration requirement: the amount and timing of capital, the conditions on its return, the investor's rights in management or policy formulation, and the job creation the enterprise commits to. The project's job-creation evidence, capital structure, and the investor's own lawful source of funds still need to be independently verified from the actual offering documents and personal records, regardless of how the opportunity was presented.
