No. Explain the special product knowledge or advanced process knowledge and why the U.S. role requires its application. Long service alone is not the test.
Show the substance of the diagnostic expertise
Identify what the applicant knows about failure patterns, internal data or procedures and support the claimed level. The knowledge need not belong to only one person, but ordinary industry familiarity is not enough by itself. The qualifying corporate relationship, continuing business and required foreign employment must also be established.
Begin by identifying the organization-specific subject matter: a protected process, unusual configuration method, manufacturing sequence, implementation technique, research program, or internally developed service model. Show the company-specific context through training or project records and let counsel apply the actual legal standard — a concrete, supportable account is more persuasive than a sweeping claim of expertise. Start from the product: a hosted platform with a migration engine, a set of conversion rules for legacy appointment data, an internal escalation protocol, and a body of decisions about why the system behaves as it does in edge cases.
