A corporate timetable does not establish individual immigration decisions or travel permission. Plan each person’s move from actual case progress and documents.
Use separate milestones for separate people
The process remains subject to vetting, eligibility and visa availability. Some records or family questions may remain unresolved even if the company has approved the overall budget. A sponsorship announcement does not grant current U.S. work permission. For immigrant-visa derivatives, follow the principal-first-or-together entry instructions rather than a shared relocation schedule.
Compare the actual payment deadline with the revised closing and transfer dates, and contact the official process promptly if the requirement cannot be met. Track each actual response deadline and the records needed to meet it; there is no general rule that every request restarts one common processing clock. Recheck the framework before acting, particularly if the proposal or family circumstances change, and avoid locking in housing, employment, or school decisions around an assumed approval date. Sequencing a company sale, a resignation or a relocation around an expected outcome creates exposure that the program itself does not remove. A receipt from a private intermediary, or an assumption that a payment alone creates residence, does not settle either the gift-payment question or the separate immigration decision.
