Explain the professional responsibility without hiding routine work or assuming the worksite determines classification.
Map the assessment and recommendation work
Identify what the applicant evaluates, which conclusions are developed and how field information supports them. Attribute other crew members’ work accurately. A professional title should not conceal a materially different assignment, and field activity should not be treated as automatically outside professional work.
Identify the listed credential
Forester lists a baccalaureate or licenciatura degree, or a state or provincial licence. Record the exact credential and issuer. Degrees from institutions outside Canada, Mexico and the United States need reliable evaluation. A safety or equipment course can serve another work requirement without replacing the listed qualification.
Keep the engagement current
Establish Canadian or Mexican citizenship, prearranged qualifying professional work and temporary entry. Services to a U.S. entity solely owned or controlled by the applicant are prohibited TN self-employment; foreign business ownership alone is not an automatic exclusion. Update the duties and duration if commercial terms change rather than relying on the first offer.
