Capture the changed responsibilities
Obtain the employer’s current duties and explain what analysis remains, if any. An earlier offer does not determine the classification of materially different work. Keep the intended start date conditional on the appropriate immigration process rather than preserving an outdated description to meet a project deadline.
A professional order may take weeks to issue a confirmation of standing, a university transcript request has its own queue, and a U.S. employer's legal department may revise the letter several times. A first review should produce a sequence: resolve the professional match, collect the executed terms, select the procedure, and travel only when the record supports the request. Renewal is also the step most often started last, once the offer, the credentials and the travel dates are already settled, and that ordering is exactly what turns a routine errand into an emergency.
