Follow the system requirement
Show a concrete sequence from a user’s information problem to the applicant’s analysis and proposed system change. Distinguish that responsibility from general business advice or routine technical support. The evidence must describe the work honestly; a rewritten title cannot supply missing professional duties.
Set the advertisement beside the offer letter, the interview notes, and any written scope from the hiring manager, then mark each difference: title, seniority, listed responsibilities, tools, reporting line, and the share of time on each activity. TN eligibility still turns on Canadian or Mexican citizenship, a listed USMCA profession, its stated qualification and prearranged U.S. work; document reissuance cannot convert unrelated education into the right credential. A field-agronomy position that is genuinely advisory work on crop production is assessed against the agricultural entry and its stated degree requirement, while the same employer's sales-representative or crew-supervisor roles may not correspond to any listed profession at all. The category also contemplates temporary professional work for a prearranged employer: an applicant intending to work for themselves, or through a company they control where no genuine separate employer relationship exists, falls outside it however well the profession otherwise fits.
