Use reliable records for the relevant net-worth or employee baseline and the claimed change, with an explanation of what the figures measure.
Make the comparison reproducible
Distinguish actual financial or employment records from a valuation estimate or sales projection. Identify relevant dates and the enterprise concerned. Do not substitute a renamed company’s promotional narrative for evidence supporting the establishment theory or assume that any historical figures describe the same business.
For a direct case, assemble formation and acquisition records, bank transfers, source-of-funds evidence, payroll registers, tax filings, Forms I-9, job descriptions, hours, and proof that counted employees are qualifying U.S. workers. For a haulage operation that means corporate records, financial statements across several years, vehicle titles and their disposal, the purchase and sale agreement, the closing statement, and the personal and corporate tax filings that reconcile with all of it. Title records, the original purchase documents, the discharged mortgage, probate or transfer papers for the inherited portion, filed tax returns reporting the gain, the statement of adjustments and the bank trail from closing to the enterprise together answer both source and path.
