How should a TN file identify geological data produced by other teams?

THE DIRECT ANSWER

Attribute the source accurately and explain the applicant’s own analysis. Receiving a dataset does not make the applicant its original author.

Separate source material from interpretation

A project description can identify data provenance, the geological questions addressed and the conclusions the applicant will develop. Use appropriate supporting examples without misrepresenting confidential material or another person’s work. The explanation should agree with the employer’s actual duties, and it supplements rather than replaces the degree, citizenship and professional-offer evidence.

Keep the enrolment confirmation, the program outline showing whether any work component exists, and current employer records: pay statements, an updated duties letter if anything changed, and the original support letter for comparison. Preserve the transcript as issued and create a separate identity trail using the current passport, the legal-name-change document and a concise explanation. The employer's letter carries the case: it should identify the employer, state that the position is an Engineer position, describe the engineering duties in concrete terms, give the salary, state the intended period of up to three years and confirm the stay is temporary. Keep original transcripts and licences on hand, and treat credential evaluation and document translation as separate services performed only where the chosen procedure actually requires them.
