Use authentic records showing the applicant’s decisions, staff responsibilities and actual business activities, with dates and context.
Describe the purpose of the evidence
A planning record may demonstrate a decision without proving that a projected contract is already active. Distinguish completed work, continuing operations and future opportunities. Reconcile the explanation with employment and organizational records rather than selecting only the busiest week or treating a list of prospective customers as completed commercial activity.
A current organisational chart with names, titles, and reporting lines; a written position description for each report; payroll or contracts confirming the positions exist; approval limits; and examples of hiring, review, or dismissal decisions the applicant made. The group knows perfectly well that it will own both, but a petition is decided on records: share registers, the purchase agreement and its closing documents, resolutions appointing directors, and financial statements showing each company regularly and systematically providing goods or services. Direct the budget instead to places where evidence is genuinely missing: retrieving payroll history for the qualifying foreign year, obtaining certified corporate records establishing the relationship between the employers, having position descriptions written by the people who supervise the work.
