Connect education with the work
Use accurate academic records and an appropriate explanation rather than renaming the credential. A reliable foreign evaluation is required for degrees from institutions outside Canada, Mexico and the United States. An evaluation or employer endorsement does not guarantee that the complete professional case qualifies.
The certificate is issued by an independent credentialing organisation and it evaluates the applicant's education against American standards, confirms licensure in good standing, confirms the required examination results and assesses English language ability where that is not otherwise satisfied. Proof of Canadian citizenship, the employer letter describing the position, duties, arrangement for payment and period, and evidence that the applicant holds the qualification the profession requires form the core, with additional material depending on the specific profession. The letter should name the profession as Appendix 2 words it, describe the clinical duties concretely, and state the salary, the reporting line and the period requested; the credential is proved by the parchment, the transcript and the certificate of registration together.
