It can support the account, but the actual resources and duties must agree with the contract. A purchased service name is not proof of completed delegation.
Connect the agreement to real work
Identify the tasks supplied, responsible people, availability and work records where appropriate. Distinguish a future service commitment from an existing arrangement. Do not present contracted personnel as direct employees or assume a vendor’s large workforce is automatically dedicated to this applicant’s function. Explain how the manager’s role operates with the support actually available.
Primary corporate records rather than descriptions: share registers or certificates for both entities, the executed purchase agreement with its closing documents, director resolutions, and financial statements or contracts showing each company actively trading. For a purchase of an existing U.S. dealership that means the signed and closed share or membership purchase agreement, the updated ownership ledger, a chart showing the percentage held by the Canadian parent, and the U.S. entity's state registration and tax identification. Ask for four things in one request, so the company assembles them together: the current and proposed organisational charts, the approval or delegation matrix, the transition memorandum with its effective dates, and the payroll records covering the qualifying year abroad.
