Identify the legal employer for each period and explain the payroll arrangement using records from the organizations involved. A different name on a payslip might reflect administration or a real employer change; the application should not guess which occurred.
Build a timeline that a reader can verify
Start with dated contracts, payslips and any transfer or reorganization documents. For each interval, note the entity that employed the applicant, the role performed and the supporting record. Ask the company's accountant or HR contact to explain discrepancies within their knowledge. Preserve former legal names rather than replacing every historical reference with today's trading name. The reviewer can then assess continuity from the evidence instead of an unsupported summary.
Share registers, articles of incorporation and any holding-company or trust documents that show the ownership chain; financial statements, leases and invoices that show both businesses operate; and organizational charts that place the transferee in each structure. Recent financial statements, sales invoices, lease agreements and payroll registers for both sides establish regular and continuous activity, which is why a dormant holding company on either end causes difficulty.
